What makes CTC tea practical?
CTC stands for Crush, Tear, Curl. The process turns processed leaf into small, uniform particles that infuse efficiently and deliver the colour, strength and body expected in Indian milk tea and chai. CTC tea is also widely used in tea bags, food-service programmes and commercial blends.
